    Looking at this clause in the debt facility, I don't think they were able to use it to get the 2mil required. 500% of the 15 day average volume in dollar value. Rough figures would be $60k x 5 meaning the most they could get would be 300K

    This is the reason for the last time they accessed the facility with the strange amount under 400k.
