There is no debt finance! They are full of it and should be banned from serving on boards moving forward. They've supposedly had debt options since start of the year but needed a 3rd party to source more and to vet them which takes 6+ months? It's laughable. Tier 1 lenders haven't been returning calls hence their $70 million equity piece and now this CR. God knows WTF the CFO does all day.
