Nothing has changed it 2 days. There are two key markers:

Step 1. Naif and co will need to give their approval, then KLL can raise said cash. Discussions have been ongoing for months. Nothing to do with science.

Step 2. Starting next month, KLL to confirm a successful operation. All about science.

Evidently, they have until the end of month to sort out finance.
