Yes its a bit intriguing isnt it. Before your posts I was thinking it would be more than 20mil and mostly to expidite BS. Now we know its only 20mil and for a variety of smallish things, its a wonder they didnt just wait a few months to self fund all of this. I would have thought a great Sep quarterly would have set us up in a better position for cashflow (or even a CR if still needed).
As you say the lithium 4mil could have been 100% placed with ALK if they needed a stop gap.
When they have been doing the rounds with the insto crowd, have they been pulled into this CR just to appease the instos and get them onboard. "Give us a few cheap placement shares and we will jump onboard" ??
Still eering on the side of DR has been prudent to date so keep the faith
