Hey rover22,
I see this as a very positive event. To my way of thinking, "crossing the t's and dotting the i's" to finalize the JDA agreement for the HyEnergy Project shows how both parties are committed to it's success. I think that the timing couldn't have been better now that the war in Ukraine has underscored the overwhelming need for green renewable energy. It will definitely open more than 10% when PRL's suspension is lifted. So even though today is a no news day ( we shrs having been waiting a long time!), as my Dad used to say, "no news is good news".
As a side note, everyday a new green energy project is started, is a day that brings Russia's key export fossil fuels closer to being stranded assets. I'm happy to wait a couple of days more.
