My confirmation bias likes to think this is good news. They've only just received the wafers and if there was a problem, wouldn't they try and test a bit more? And if there was an early problem, wouldn't the functional testing at IMEC have uncovered this?
Anyway this better be good. Not sure I can handle another dud.
