Because of the secrecy with 4DS and where we stand contractually with IMEC. We do not know if they are assisting anymore as a partner or just treating us as another client producing wafers for testing. There is still the big question as to why as you say IMEC leading R&D with the best equipment and facilities are not doing the test complete from fabrication to full complete functionality and detailed metrics testing.
You cannot complete FULL or even partial testing in a week. It takes time to setup the test rig and go through thoroughly each step of setup before applying power to the wafers.
Something is not right.
