You're absolutely right. That's called lessons learned. I would have never imagined in a million years that the BOD would drop a nuke like that on the share holders. It was obvious to me that they were sitting on information and unwilling to send it out until their hands were forced. Now we have a new guard and let's see if they're up to the same shenanigans. Bad news doesn't deserve a trading halt. You rip the bandage and move on ASAP.
