Is that fit with in the "Technical update" defination? I remember seen another ticker with the same philosophy. Trading halt as technical update and later announced we have been acquired..........forgot the name of the ticker. Anyone else think this way?

Negative is always there SP open @ .04c and #ie get his million share @ .068 gap which he was whining about for quiet a sometime. But B+ (obviously i am talking about my blood group )
