But if there is any link & I'm not stating categorically that there is, but if they were the target of an approach then receipt of a letter of intent would force the hand one might think.
PIAI state a letter of intent to pursue acquisition by way of a typical spac merger was sent to the target in their filing dated the 4th Aug 2022.
I know no more than that so am simply putting forth a possibility that on receipt the board may have needed time to digest and respond if indeed 4DS was the target in question?
Meanwhile I invite any and all who have an interest to follow Samsungs pathway to CXL which began around the time WDC signalled their intent for 3D Reram back in 2016..
