The PIAI Story is really a great find.
Thanks for having kept an eye on it.

I used to check from time to time but I missed the SEC filings.

As you said, not sure it means anything for 4DS.

If it does, it probably means that they have already settle an arrangement with our board (imo).
Those people don't take any chance. It's either secret or certain.


For now, i'll try to dig a bith further to see if my theory holds water.

This theory stands that even with a theorical WDC backing, 4DS can't start to unveil the technology without some form of protection against low ball predators.

I think of 4DS as a grouse that has to fly from cover to cover to avoid being shot by a dozen guns waiting for it.

First cover = Absolute secrecy
=> Nothing to see here, go away

Second cover = A new deal with WDC ? A SPAC merger ? Friends ready to jump in with 10% holdings ?
=> The tech unveiling can start

The CGuv scenario seems the easiest way to reach this second cover : Let a friend enter 4DS with a 10%+ CR.


As I said, i'll need to dig a bit further to see if this really holds.
But one thing seems clear to me : The exit solution must come as a surprise
