Like those mining coys that report they are undergoing testing. But when they hit visible gold they will announce it to the Asx because it's price sensitive if there is nothing to see they will do all the testing in the lab rooms then report back to the market at the END. Now Imecs job was to Manufacture 3pl into Megabit Memory with Transitors. Announcement Said that 3pl was successfully Manufactured.
