Patience if the say they will do thorough and detailed testing, and they estimate 3 months to get all the data - then it seems more likely than not that after 7 days it could only be a snag that warrants this unexpected trading halt and news. How could they have thoroughly tested and tested and repeated without doubt to breaking point etc (as others have previously said here was the likely testing requirement scenario) in just 7 days??
If this trading halt occurred after say, 6-8 weeks for example (still 6 weeks short of estimated timeframe), I would be much more confident that they had gathered enough exhaustive info to release an early trading halt and news that is significantly positive.
It is just way too early in the process to be good news, and therefore I believe there is more chance at this early stage, that they hit a snag right from the start and have to divulge this to market.
