I guess there is a high possibilty the retailers are able to participate.
As PR just said it a month ago “WE WOULD ALWAYS INCLUDE OUR LONG TERN AND SUPPORTIVE SHAREHOLDERS BY WAY OF A SPP OR A RIGHTS ISSUE. SO WE'VE MADE THAT COMMENT AT THE LAST AGM AND WE CONTINUE TO MATINTAIN THAT COMMITMENTS TO OUR SHAREHOLDERS”
imo they've planed to get ready for the capital raising at that time, otherwise it won't be such quick that so many things happend in 1 or 2 weeks.
