Haven't seen it officially announced anywhere, but I am told from people who have been shown the following deal dynamics.
$20m rights issue
$42m primary placement
So the rights issue is more like 1:15 (not really looking after the retail shareholder in my humble, but a step up from last time).
If the $42m is going to new holders to help broaden & diversify the shareholder base, then great.
Looking fwd to seeing all the details and the granularity on costs going fwd.
