Looks like Morgan's were spot on with their call for the need for a highly dilutive capital raise. As to their statement regarding competition, how about this:

That's right, these guys have a 5 year start on PAR. Wonder why hasn't this been discussed here??
I'm sure the patent thingy will rear its head again too but probably well down the track.
Can't speak for the writer of the report(s) but the guys i have dealt with are very sharp. Might be worth paying attention to what they say.
