CR's are a good thing if they have heaps going on in the pipeline which PAR does. In this market it's best to raise when you can not when you need to.
What I would be looking for is very concrete ANN's in the coming months. Don't want another MSB case where management stuff everything up and rush things. There is huge investor support for this stock due to he addressable market which is understandable but they need to have solid results to maintain the support.
