Excellent take.

I am almost always of the opinion that capital raisings are better done SOONER rather than later.

This way, positive announcements and developments are not subdued, sold into, by investors knowing that they'll have another chance to buy soon because the company will have to raise.

Also, it puts us in a far better position to negotiate a partnership/s which is where, ultimately, the big $ lie.

Think long term, big picture people.... no one likes to be diluted although in the corner of the market in which a lot of us play (companies which are pre-profit) it is both a NECESSARY and CERTAINTY.
