well.... the bad... probably already said and i'll leave it to others... but, the good, well, with all things going right, this allows us to negotiate with the big boys at the end of 2023 with hopefully (definitely not certainties):
- successful 008 completion
- provisional approval with TGA for sales in AUS
- accelerated approval with FDA for sales in USA
if you had potential sales approved for AUS and USA you would have to negotiate a much better BP deal i would think??
TGA would be applied earlier, but, takes far longer, FDA would apply later once some 002 data is added to 008 data, but, shorter review period.... hopefully by xmas 2023 both approved or very close thereafter...
