Seriously, if retail can't participate, I'll be a bit pissed off for what we have been suffered through over the last 2 years, share price kept falling down, while the existing loyalty shareholder still hold and buy more shares. If no right issue to existing shareholders, what PR and management said on the investor call is really BS and not trusted at all. I do hope PR keep his promise and think about retail investors.
