    That would be good. No announcement from VEN, which implies it is not JV related. Also no other relevant trading halts that I can see. Implies something with a larger partner for whom a transaction wouldn't be material - of which Strike does fit the bill?? The word ' transaction'; is an interesting one - not mutually exclusive to an acquisition, but implies a deeper deal to me.
