My guess is that it is a loan agreement or a possible asset sell down .
As its assets are now almost all in JV with VEN a sell down to them would seem to be the most likely buyer but as they are not in a trading halt that probably rules that out ??
Maybe a sell down to the unlisted JV partner ??
May be something completely different but it must be material if they are in a trading halt .
