They changed the coin name to AUDD because I think AUDC is a scam scheme currently running.
It is also strange because PC did say the stablecoin project is funded by blockchain companies like Ripple and Stellar?
I suspect this could be something bigger, if it is not interpreted as "an issue of corporate bond" rather than "issuing of corporate bond".
