Is the money for
a) an acquisition
b) regulatory or scheme capital deposit requirements (not a good use of expensive equity)
c) New Bank - regulatory capital loan (have been told"....... its likely so prepare the balance sheet"?
d) working capital - NOV projected revs and cost reduction not mapping as well as expected
e) New yacht for Peter

FWIW my money is on c) or d) given the Quicken dividend is due and this would have to stay within NOV balance sheet as no more Bank investment support required, based on the structure PC shared with market?

Let's hope its something interesting, the previous announcement was excellent yet had no effect on SP - you got to have something big the move the needle while the market is risk off.

A great long term bet IMO feel the IP and embedded system connections is worth more than present SP (even in a in hastily arranged trade sale)......
Patience, improving core revs, and a few special projects going well (Bank and AUDD) and this stock could have a rocket under it....but so could a lot of others.... DYOY
