Senior Finance leader with over 15 years of experience, I bring a point of view on leading and innovative approaches for the leadership and transformation of the Finance function.
Accountant by trade, I have operated at various levels of the Finance function including Financial Controller and Finance Director. Former Deloitte Consulting CFO Advisory Director I also have delivered or led significant and complex Finance transformation programs for CFOs and CEOs acting as true business partner and trusted advisor.
Through the above, I developed a real expertise for the “hands-on” delivery but also the optimisation of the key Finance processes including:
- Procure to Pay,
- Order to Cash,
- Record to Close,
- Consolidate and Report,
- Planning Budgeting and Forecasting,
- Internal Control and Compliance
- Treasury Management
- Payroll
Having worked with various types of organisations in Australia and abroad, I am familiar with both local (e.g. ASX, ASIC, BAS) and international (e.g. IFRS9, IFRS16) reporting requirements.
Having lead teams of up to 12 Finance professionals accountable for the delivery of all key Finance outcomes, I always make sure we not only deliver timely and accurately on all of the above, but also that we continuously improve, accelerate and secure our processes and tools.
