With the risk of eating my words, I don’t think they can strike a deal based on results of a preliminary proteomics analysis that hasn’t yet been released to the market? Isn’t that using proprietary unpublicised inside info to benefit a party ahead of those who don’t have the info? That would be like doing an insto CR while releasing the news of EMA trial plan approval whilst in a trading halt. Wait a minute - they already did that.
