Two options from here: Increased bid price from Skip with some sweetners for management; or another bidder has come to the table. I actually think the latter may be the case as 23c still seems cheap compared with their assets and pipeline.

While I don't think management performance rights at 34c will drive the final strike price, it gives me something to anchor my hopes on as I eat popcorn watching Goldman Sachs put Skip through the ringers.
