The directors must have a good reason to do a trading halt so soon after the hot news of probable massive rare earths, imho they are in negotiations with a whale investor, imho Musk must be the most likely whale.
MP already stated its rare earth output was already committed to Ford? so Tesla would be crazy not to want to fund DTR so as to get guaranteed local rare earth supply
