Similar to my thinking Gusman seems a little too fine. Perhaps had something lined up and were anticipating receivables to bolster up to reduce the amount required. Also, much more bargaining power if we can show contracts for decent sums coming in. With all the hiring and everything progressing full steam ahead, they must've had funding at call.
Leeking, that would be ideal a cornerstone investor based in the US. Although US listing is still a ways off, it begs the question as to whether the amounts invested would be able to revert to USD through the new listing. If not, would there need to be another raise for US listing??
