I noticed on the corporate presentation that these performance share rights have less than 18 months to run.

So I checked back to 2020 when they were voted in.

Vesting criteria is simple ... achieve the share price hurdle !
Obviously /10 to get the post consolidation amount of shares, x10 to get SP vesting criteria..
There is plenty in play for these guys to deliver over the next 18 months.
If they achieve $5 SP and achieve all performance shares, total value to Craig & Niall @ $5 of these performance shares will be 6.8M x $5 = $34M each

I reckon these guys will be very focussed over the next 16 months !
