Thanks for those details. Craig said they need a large amount so I expect another cap raise maybe after FDA approval and US listing. Then it can be at a higher price.
I read that there are three levels of ADR. None of them mentioned raising money when listing, like an IPO. I hate being in the dark but that's life as a spec holder.
