I agree with Fishies.
This news is not about the placment (CR). Its about progressing commercialisation of the gas with Shell.
Normally CR information is leaked out by SI or those involved with the broker who are made aware of the details.
No details have come forward so Maybe this CR is with a cornerstone investor and an NDA is the reason for zero clues.
Im hoping anyway.
