    My understanding is the broker is PETRA and they are raising $ 10 million at $ 14 as indicated above.
    Fred Bart is taking $ 2M and Earth Mountain $ 4.3 - They now have a fully populated demo board in Israel and are working on another 15 boards.
    Demos will be in 2nd week of sept.
    so we will have some more short term pain but things should really start to move in Q4 as they are going into commercial production in 2023
    I would like to say buy but I have no funds to invest further and already have enough exposure to AKP - Just my personal position
