So many CR's are done with brokers/sophs in mind. They help drive price when you need it and they will sell into news and get their quick returns.
DEG one of the best. 20c+ back to 5c. Shareholders just could not believe why it had drifted to 5c. Deal gets done at 5c - amazing run of news and it rockets to $1+.
Only a rort if you're not involved. So many CR's are done without a smidgeon of care for a retail investor. You're essentially along for the ride. You stick firm or jump.
