My thoughts are:
1) It is always exciting to hear about an acquisition, especially since the last one (AOM) has been such a growing success.
2) I am wondering how they plan to fund this, as they have been using borrowed money to keep the company operating, and are not at break even as we stand now.
3) I am wondering whether we will be hearing anything regarding the launch of JobTale, which was officially slated for this month. I was expecting to hear a follow up on this, including how many companies from the pilot program had signed up.
No doubt we will find out many answers next week. Here's hoping it's a ripper- long term shareholders deserve some good news.
