Well, from memory, the Cerium noose around our neck tightens firstly when a JORC compliant resource is declared. Could be wrong but better to drill out Gronny for a couple of seasons so the noose stays loose imo !!
And you just can't pump the contents of the pit into the ocean - without at least water quality testing. Bet it is yucky water that needs treatment/holding ponds, lots of run off from the old tailings. 6 months was just the actual pumping, very big hole. Needs approvals. Many greenies in the hills !!
