u r right .... once they touch the old pit and tailings, all of a sudden that opens us up to all sorts of remediation discussions/issues that will take years to resolve. Just imagine all the expert studies that will be needed plus the $$$$$ that we don't have. You've seen what's happened to GGG and they didn't have an old mine with unfunded remediation costs in front of them.
