The biggest losers are the shareholders and no comeback on the derelict Director's that sat and watched this happen. Only stepped in when the situation was dire from my understanding. The market is saying no bills are being paid and customers cannot get supply. Someone knows something given the share price movement last week. I hope ASX investigates.

If Volutary Adminstrators appointed, Ruffy's holding goes down like the rest of the holder base and Ruffy will need to present a DoCA (if successful offer) to pay off creditors to regain control of the company.

I don't think Ruffy will let it go into VA.

Take over offer coming more plausible IMO
