10% discount seems steep.....having said that, few institutions on the books, and still 'expensive' so perhaps barrenjoey convinced then that this would be the only option (for $50m)

I sense the $10m will be easy (the problem will be with all the retail investors being big fans of DDR, they are likely to get well in excess of that although I should prob look at how many shareholders they have)

Anyway, going to be painful if this drops to $10.30....but then you have a dividend yield of 5% (7% fully franked).....hard to find a company in my portfolio that would deliver that return AND comfortable that it will be worth a lot more in 5 years time
