Yep, that's the way I'm looking at it too. It's Sept tomorrow, so the last month of Q3 when we have been promised multiple results, which should, if good, raise the SP and therefore make a CR less dilutive. They also have plenty of cash to last until after the results have been released, so why the rush? This is of course assuming that the CR indicated in the announcement is going to be offered to retail investors. The possible "good" news may however be that they have a new big investor that has bought in at above current market price and that this is not a retail raising. I guess we'll find out in the next day or so.
