Strap a resource number around the iron ore and flog it for cash to the guys next door. Nice cash injection to ramp up exploration/rigs across the other projects. It all comes down to a price for everything. Iron ore is great to drill as its wide spacing, good margins for high grade, cheap to achieve tons and easy to assay.
