It would be wrong for us to think the board has anything but the companies best interest at heart and this has been shown time after time again. Stuart knocked back shares, Nev stepped down straight away, we have fantastic connections now.

I agree with you that the price is very disappointing, but with respect to making this about gouging by the Directors, for their salaries, on that we must disagree. This raise is important and I support every dollar, even if that meant another 20 of it was spent on those worthless WGO shares, if that is what the Board says to do, I support them. I do believe in our management, which is rare because I rarely trust anyone.

You have to admit, our successes have been very impressive since the start of their tenure. It has not been management that have faulted us, so I don't think we should make their pay an issue in this case, with respect.

It is the broker that told them 23cps. That is the snake that I don't trust. "Hey you are just about to make tens of millions of dollars per year, your Urea plant will be a cash cow and you have this huge chance to be able to export, but we can only get you 23 cents because, well, we say so." This. This is the point where I wonder if anyone actually thought, how is this going to look with what we raised last time and what we paid for our JV partners shares?

Lets see if our Board is anticipating something further and acted accordingly.
MAYBE they have seen what we have not.
Am staying positive in these turbulent times
