Probably best not put out any legal strategy out on this forum.

Issues with the current suspension:
- CLZ have avoided revealing their financial reports already overdue.
- CLZ are under ASX investigation for the Archean Resources fiasco (also possibly by ASIC). Are they avoiding disclosure of this?
- CLZ may avoid disclosure of any investigation and revealing their financial position by requesting voluntary suspension from the ASX.
- CLZ have requested voluntary suspension before.

I'm sure the CLZ secretary had plenty of experience with similar matters when working as secretary for the now delisted FAIRSTAR Resources (FAS).
