IMO:
Funding and the words "finance transaction" to me doesn't look like it involves shareholders participation (they wouldn't be receptive anyway).
It will likely be a desperate deal that is going to erode value for shareholders yet again and they have already been through HELL!
Hearing that shareholders have already lost massive amounts is really sad and yet some strangely continue to support CLZ.
CLZ the company on the fast track to OBLIVION!
