There is precedent to gaining access to CLZ books. (If you read the judgement in Sheldon Coates v CLZ).
Coates had 5.49% of the shares. The implication from the judgement was if a small group of shareholders amounting to approximately 5% wanted to look into the transactions involving the Gekko they probably would succeed.
If you made application along exactly the same terms as Coates, based on that precedent, and the history of the company post that 2016 WASP event, how could you lose.

At the moment, and until all CN's are converted there will still be a lot of disident shareholders with 0.5% and 1% of the shares.
