Tipster , thanks for you efforts in outlying the situation in regards to the ownership of CLZ.
To me it,s fascinating to see how they can get away with this , without the regulatory body intervening.It is clear to me existing shareholders interest has been systematically expropriated, without making a formal takeover bid .We have to wait to see who owns the Convertable Notes. When will we know? At this point control of the company could have passed for 4 million dollars, IE the price of the Convertable Notes. The regulator should demand the release of this information, because it effects the interest of existing holders
