IMO:
The issue with the CN's is interesting because they have an expiry date mid 2025 giving ample time for CLZ to go into administration. So theoretically they may be able redeem at whatever the last SP was if it became delisted from ASX, which may be when SP was at all time low?
As we don't know the full terms of the CN's or who they are owned by, whether multiple/single entities or any existing connection to finance already provided it would be difficult to report anything to the ASX as the information is not disclosed, additionally the CN holder/s don't own shares yet until redeem.
I think however a valid concern can be made to the ASX requesting full disclosure of any financial arrangement than may determine ownership/control or CLZ for which the market has not been informed of.
Maybe that's coming tomorrow? We will find out
