Linden, I'm not trying to organize a class action, i know how long they can take. I have worked through the authorities before & been successful. Sometimes they will do nothing, until they are prodded into action. I'm sure there have been hundreds of suicides over the years by people who thought they were going to make money & it just disappeared.
