It’s ironic, we’re going from 101m shares to 126m ($110m at $4.40 is an extra 25m shares). At the last close before the trading halt, the market cap was $550m. At todays price of circa $4.40, the market cap once the extra 25m shares have been issued will be $556m, but HAS will have an extra $110m (less a few million in costs) in the bank… so the EV is down by ~$100m to around $320m.
Go figure!
