If one is to compound the CR price of 4.4 with ~12% coupon rate on exchange note for 2 years we will roughly arrive at the 5.5 exchange price on the note. HAS has an option to redeem after 2 years subject to some conditions.
There are some comments in above thread about how HAS masterminded a pump and dump. I strongly disagree. This is a well structured deal and gives us the capital needed for constructing Yangibana as well as a very valuable stake in downstream business. Try raising 100 million in current market and brokers will drive the price down to $3 and make a meal of it.
